As soon as your product(s) ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

If your order has not been delivered, check the tracking information provided by us. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, check with your neighbors or family members to see if they may have received the package on your behalf. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us with the order number to report the issue.

Submit a Return Request for any damaged, defective, or flawed products received.
you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. Send us an unboxing of the damaged goods to buzz@britchneekarpa.space you can submit a claim request within 5 days of delivery.
We will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund / replacement. We will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.
If you receives a defective product, we will exchange it at no additional cost. However, if an exchange is requested for a size change, the associated costs will need to be covered by you.

While we have made every effort to display colors of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.
