If your product is damaged or defective, you need to first contact a member of our support team using the contact form within 5 days of delivery of the damaged or defective product

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at buzz@britchneekarpa.space with your order number and details about the issue. We will guide you through the process.
Submit a Return Request for any damaged, defective, or flawed products received.
Whether your merchandise has been damaged in transit, a design flaw was produced, we are committed to providing solutions and making it right for you.
you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. Send us an unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging to buzz@britchneekarpa.space you can submit a claim request within 5 days of delivery.
We will promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. We will inform you of its decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision.
Note: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, We are not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that personalized or custom print on demand items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Sizing Issues : As our products are made on demand, refunds are not allowed for sizing issues. Please check the size chart of the product before ordering to ensure the correct fit. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to a change of mind.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unreachable : Your unavailability via phone, email, or social media, leading to delivery issues or package loss.
Note :
- A custom return address is not possible because courier companies do not offer this option.
- If the pin code becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we are not responsible for the return to origin (RTO), and no refunds are processed.
Refunds
Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide a smooth shopping experience.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeframe: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 – 7 days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of items with free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We value your satisfaction and aim to make our refund process as seamless as possible.
Careful Unboxing
Advise customers to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless:
- Images of the courier cover are sent.
- Unpacking videos are provided.
Package Damage at Delivery
If the package appears damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at buzz@britchneekarpa.space
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
For non-quality issues or quality problems without valid evidence, returns will not be accepted.
Note: The warehouse department cannot accept packages subject to shipping or packages returned without prior negotiation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
